Senior Analyst - Strategic Analytics Location: US Based flexible on location – Hybrid/ Remote Options both available Contract Type: Permanent We’re looking for a Senior Analyst – Strategic Analytics to join our US Growth & Strategic Analytics team! You'll turn complex call centre data into commercial action that drives revenue growth, improves conversion and enhances customer outcomes. Working at the intersection of analytics, operations and strategy, you'll help shape decisions that directly influence business performance. Partnering closely with Operations, Commercial Finance, Pricing, Technology and senior leadership teams, you'll identify opportunities, challenge assumptions and deliver insights that lead to measurable results. Success in this role means delivering tangible commercial impact, influencing key stakeholders and embedding data-driven decision making across the call centre operation. Key Responsibilities: Identify and unlock opportunities to improve conversion, revenue per call and operational efficiency Translate complex data into clear recommendations that influence commercial and operational decisions Lead analytical projects from insight to measurable business outcomes Partner with operational leaders to improve performance and customer experience Design and optimize test-and-learn initiatives that drive commercial uplift Shape KPI frameworks and reporting that support better decision-making Support adoption of advanced analytics and AI-driven insights Champion evidence-based decision making across the business Influence cross-functional stakeholders around performance priorities Track and demonstrate the impact of key initiatives What You'll Bring: Experience in commercial analytics, BI, revenue optimization or similar Strong SQL and Python or R capability Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills Power BI or equivalent dashboarding expertise Ability to communicate complex insights clearly Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills Customer operations or call centre analytics experience Exposure to experimentation or AI-enabled solutions is beneficial At Domestic & General, we are proud of our 100-year legacy and excited about our future growth plans.
