Senior Application Developer – Microsoft Dynamics CRM
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Application Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 and Dynamics 365 environments. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, enhancing, integrating, and supporting enterprise CRM solutions while collaborating with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams. The ideal candidate combines solid CRM development experience with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering reliable, scalable, and maintainable business applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain solutions within Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365 environments.
- Configure and customize entities, forms, workflows, business rules, and dashboards.
- Design and develop plugins, custom workflow activities, and integrations using C# and .NET technologies.
- Support and enhance legacy Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 applications.
- Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and end users to understand and implement business requirements.
- Integrate CRM systems with external applications using APIs, web services, and Power Platform technologies.
- Participate in code reviews, testing activities, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
- Ensure application performance, security, stability, and maintainability.
- Contribute to technical documentation and support deployment activities.
- Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement for existing CRM solutions.
What We Look For
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 and Dynamics 365 (Online and/or On-Premises).
- Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, and JavaScript.
- Experience developing CRM customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations.
- Good understanding of Dynamics CRM architecture, security model, data structures, and integration patterns.
- Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work within international teams.
- Professional working proficiency in English (B2 level or higher), both written and spoken.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Familiarity with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Power Platform certifications.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules, including Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service.
