Cyberstar, LLC is seeking a Senior Application Specialist to support the National Park Service Enterprise Facility Management Software System (EFMSS). This position is responsible for supporting, maintaining, enhancing, and troubleshooting enterprise applications built on the IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) platform. The successful candidate will work closely with government stakeholders and technical teams to implement application enhancements, resolve defects, support reporting requirements, and ensure continued system performance and reliability. Responsibilities Support the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement of EFMSS applications and related systems. Develop, test, and implement application fixes, enhancements, interfaces, and customizations. Analyze user requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to identify technical solutions. Support application integrations, reporting solutions, and data exchange processes. Perform root cause analysis, defect resolution, and performance improvement activities. Develop and maintain technical documentation, source code documentation, and operating procedures. Support change management, testing, release activities, and system modernization efforts. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent experience may be substituted. 8+ years of experience as a Programmer Analyst or Application Developer. 3+ years of experience with Visual Basic .NET and C#. Experience supporting enterprise applications throughout the software development lifecycle. Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues. Successfully pass background and drug screening Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) or EFMSS environments. Experience with Java, Python, SQL, XML, or related technologies. Experience supporting federal government information systems. Experience with Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and enterprise reporting platforms. Familiarity with Agile development practices and federal cybersecurity requirements. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of application development, testing, implementation, and maintenance principles. Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
