Join Enterprise Business Applications (EBA), a global team within Enterprise Business Solutions in IT, where colleagues collaborate across Denmark, Germany, Brazil, and India to support critical business processes across Novonesis. Our team is responsible for a broad portfolio of enterprise applications, including HR systems, non-SAP ERP, LIMS, Labeling, and other specialized platforms. In this role, you will contribute to a global LIMS transformation program that is establishing a common platform to support future-ready Quality Control across 29 laboratories and approximately 8,500 analyses worldwide.

The role & your impact

As an Application Specialist within the Tech & Solutions capability area, you will provide technical expertise and delivery support for the Core LIMS Configuration workstream within the global LIMS Program. The role combines hands-on execution with coordination responsibilities and requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, laboratories, vendors, and IT teams across multiple regions. You will play a key role in ensuring system reliability, compliance, continuous improvement, and successful delivery of LIMS-related initiatives.

Your key responsibilities in this role

• Manage and administer the LIMS platform, including configuration, workflows, user access, security, and system settings.

• Provide application support and system maintenance, including performance monitoring, vendor coordination, and system reliability activities.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and support incident management activities.

• Partner with laboratory, quality, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective LIMS solutions.

• Support audits, validation activities, change control processes, SOP management, testing, and data integrity requirements.

• Ensure configuration activities comply with GxP and GMP regulatory standards, including documentation and traceability requirements.

• Deliver enhancements, system upgrades, integrations with SAP and laboratory instruments, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Coordinate activities across workstreams and stakeholders to drive progress and successful delivery outcomes.

What you'll need to be successful in this role

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, MBA, or an equivalent qualification.

• 8-10 years of relevant experience, including delivery of application-related initiatives within LIMS environments.

• Hands-on experience with LabWare LIMS.

• Strong understanding of collaborating across IT, business functions, and external vendors in a global environment.

• Experience driving clarity, removing barriers, and ensuring progress across multiple stakeholders and deliverables.

• Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and communication skills.

• Fluent English communication skills.

• High level of ownership, accountability, and delivery focus.
