- Quality Assurance & Standards Compliance: Review team work products—including detailed program specifications, source code, test plans, and implementation documentation—to ensure high quality, system efficiency, and adherence to established development standards.
- Customer Collaboration & Technical Support: Partner with business stakeholders, technical support, DBF Operations, and Security teams to translate business requirements and program specifications into functional, high-performing computer code.
- Testing & Problem Resolution: Perform thorough unit testing, troubleshoot complex system issues to identify root causes and solutions, and actively assist customers during user acceptance testing and production deployment.
- Code Analysis & System Optimization: Analyze existing codebase to evaluate modification requirements, optimize operational procedures to maximize system efficiency, and independently make critical decisions regarding the quality assurance of the statewide accounting system and related applications.
