🚀 We're Hiring: Senior Appointment Setter (Remote)
MapLift is looking for an exceptional Appointment Setter to join our growing team.
This is not an entry-level role. We're looking for professionals who know how to build trust, qualify prospects, handle objections professionally, and consistently book high-quality meetings.

Compensation
💰 ₹30,000–₹45,000/month or a performance-based commission structure (based on mutual agreement)

What You'll Do
- Engage with qualified prospects through calls, emails, and other outreach channels
- Build rapport and create a strong first impression of Maplift
- Qualify leads based on our ideal client profile
- Book high-quality appointments for our sales team
- Handle initial objections professionally
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups
- Represent the company with professionalism in every interaction
Requirements
✅ Minimum 3 years of appointment setting experience
✅ Excellent English communication skills
✅ Strong objection-handling and relationship-building abilities
✅ Highly organized with excellent follow-up discipline
✅ Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience at a marketing agency, web development agency, branding agency, performance marketing agency, or another B2B service business
- Experience booking meetings for high-ticket services
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, Zoho, or Pipedrive
- Consistent track record of booking qualified appointments
