RAD Search is partnered with an established Dublin-based architecture and design studio as they look to appoint an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join their growing team.
With an increasingly busy portfolio of work and a busy 2027 forecast, the team are hiring for a technically-strong Architectural Technologist who enjoys being involved in the detail of projects and seeing them through to construction.
The Role
This position will see the Technologist work closely with the wider architectural and design team, taking responsibility for the technical development, construction packages and delivery of projects from detailed design through to construction.
The role will involve producing and coordinating detailed technical information, developing construction documentation, liaising with consultants and contractors, and working through technical issues as projects progress on site.
Strong Revit skills are essential, alongside a thorough understanding of technical detailing, Building Regulations and BCAR processes. You’ll need to be comfortable working independently, coordinating information across a project and ensuring that technical requirements are properly considered through each stage of delivery.
Site experience is important for this position. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of how projects are constructed and be confident dealing with site queries, technical coordination and issues that arise during construction.
Experience working on logistics, commercial or other technically complex projects would be desirable, although strong technical experience across other sectors will also be considered.
Software
Revit is essential.
