Senior Architectural Technologist / Architectural Technologist (Revit)

One of Ireland's leading architectural design studios is seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist with advanced proficiency in Revit to join the team.

As an experienced Architectural Technologist, you will join a growing team of Architects and Architectural Technologists, and work across a variety of commercial, office and fit-out projects at various stages of development taking them through to construction and handover.

This position offers an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist / Architectural Technologist the opportunity to work within an industry-leading studio known for its innovative design approach, BIM technologies and career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on design and technical delivery for office, leisure and commercial projects of varying scales
• Liaise with clients and other stakeholders
• Oversee projects through construction stage of development
• Ensure compliance with current Building and Planning Regulations

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree in Architectural Technology (essential) with a 7 years+ experience
• Full proficiency in Revit
• Knowledge of Irish Building and Planning Regulations
• Site experience is required
• Excellent technical, communication, and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Must hold eligibility to work in Ireland

Salary & Benefits:

• €60k-€70k DOE
