We’re looking for a Senior Art Director to develop and strengthen CAIA’s visual identity across campaigns, content, product, e-commerce and retail. You’ll report to our Head of Campaigns, with a dotted line to the Creative Director, and work closely with the Creative, Campaign and Commercial teams. You’ll turn briefs and ideas into strong visual concepts and make sure they work across channels, markets and formats. You’ll also work closely with our designers and other creative partners, from the first idea through to final execution. As CAIA continues to grow internationally, you’ll play an important role in developing how the brand looks and feels. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Establish and develop CAIA's visual identity for our next international chapter, in close collaboration with the Creative Director and CMO, setting a clear and distinctive visual direction across all platforms and touchpoints . Develop visual concepts for campaigns, product launches and key commercial moments, translating brand strategy and creative briefs into strong work across channels and markets. Lead the art direction of campaigns from concept to final execution, making sure the creative works as a whole across the different channels and formats. Art direct photo and film productions, from pre-production through to final delivery, working with photographers, directors, stylists, set designers and other creative partners. Work hands-on with visual development when needed, creating moodboards, presentations and visual references to communicate the creative direction. Work closely with our designers across product, digital, website, campaigns and retail. You’ll provide clear creative direction and feedback, helping the team develop strong work. Collaborate across the organization, working with Creative, Campaign, Social, E-commerce, Performance Marketing and Commercial teams to balance brand building with commercial needs. WHAT YOU WILL BRING: 5+ years of experience in art direction, brand design or a similar senior creative role, ideally within an ambitious, visually driven consumer brand or creative environment. Experience in beauty, fashion or lifestyle is a plus, but not a requirement. A strong portfolio showing excellent art direction and visual thinking across campaigns, content and brand touchpoints. You have a highly developed visual eye and a strong understanding of photography, film, typography, composition and design. Experience leading photo and film productions, from briefing and pre-production through to final delivery, working with both internal teams and external creative partners. A strong understanding of how creative direction translates across social, digital, e-commerce, paid media and physical brand experiences, with experience adapting work across different channels and markets. Strong collaboration skills, with experience guiding and mentoring designers and working effectively with both creative specialists and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. International experience, particularly from the US or UK, as well as experience working with global, omnichannel brands spanning retail, wholesale and DTC, is highly valued.
