Art DirectionJob Description:
EP+Co. is looking for a SENIOR ART DIRECTOR in NYC or in GREENVILLE, SC.
We will only consider candidates who email steven.rodriguez@omc.com with:
1. A link to your portfolio
2. Your salary requirements
If your email doesn’t include BOTH, you will not be considered.
Now, what we're actually looking for.
You need to come from a strong ad agency. You need to be conceptual. And your portfolio needs to prove you can THINK — not just make things look good.
If your book is mostly logos, layouts and design systems, this probably isn’t the job for you.
We’re looking for someone who can take a brief, sit down with a writer and crack the big idea — then figure out how that idea comes to life across film, social, experiential, activations, print or wherever it needs to go.
The must-haves:
• 4–6+ years of strong agency experience
• A portfolio with real campaign ideas and concepts
• Strong design chops
• On-set, pre-pro and production experience
• Experiential / activation experience
• Comfortable concepting AND comping your own ideas
• Strong presentation skills — you can explain and sell the thinking
• Organized and able to own projects from brief through execution
• Low ego, high energy
• A go-getter who can take the ball and run with it
• AI image/video skills are a plus
This is not a production Art Director role. We have great designers.
Your job is to bring the idea.
📍 NEW YORK CITY or GREENVILLE, SC ONLY
And hybrid means hybrid:
Monday + Friday — Remote
Tuesday + Wednesday + Thursday — In the office
If you’re looking for fully remote, this isn’t the job.
Email steven.rodriguez@omc.com with your portfolio link + salary requirements.
$90,000 - $125,000
