Senior Art Director, Performance Creative - Temporary Worker

Job Description: * Temporary opportunity, to start asap through the end of the year, with possibility to extend or convert to full-time. * W2 only * Ability to balance brand storytelling and performance marketing * Experience navigating regulated industries * Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving * A portfolio demonstrating both versatility and strategic thinking across multiple channels. -- We’re looking for an enthusiastic, curious, results-driven Senior Art Director to join our Performance Creative team. As an Art Director, you will play a key role in the development of creative for digital design, display, social and websites. This is someone with a passion for design, focused attention to detail, understands a creative brief and is not afraid to bring their own ideas and creativity to the table. The ideal candidate has an understanding of digital marketing and knack for designing across multiple digital mediums. You are driven by what resonates with consumers and what makes them take action , leverage these principles and apply this to creative design. Key Accountabilities Responsible for concepting and designing visual solutions for display banners, social, and website landing pages. Ability to translate wireframes into high-fidelity mockups with attention to interaction design whilst following style and brand guidelines. Extend visual systems/brand guidelines across all mediums, including taking the product’s mission, user research and analytics data and translate into polished and engaging design solutions. Person Specification Experience in advertising, graphic design or similar 5 + years of digital design experience at an Agency or Client side; experienced with social media campaigns – design and concept preferred At dentsu, we believe great work happens when we’re connected. Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office. The hourly pay range for this position is $53.74 - $71.65. The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as safe and sick time. This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
