Senior Art Director/Brand Designer [FREELANCE]

JumpSeat is a Strategic GTM Agency, we are looking for a Senior Art Director / Brand Designer with strong experience across branding, campaign development, and visual systems , capable of working autonomously from a strategic or conceptual direction and taking the work through high-level execution. This is a Freelance Role to give some hours of support during the week. The ideal person should combine the thinking of a traditional Art Director with strong brand design skills: someone who can develop concepts, create key visuals, build campaign identities, and translate those ideas into cohesive systems across multiple touchpoints. Main Focus Brand identity and visual systems Art direction and visual concept development Campaign concepts, key visuals, and campaign identities Brand evolution and refreshes Translating strategy and messaging into clear visual ideas Developing visual territories that can scale across campaigns and channels Applying brand and campaign systems consistently across websites, presentations, social, paid media, events, and other assets Must-Haves Strong senior-level experience, ideally 7+ years A portfolio with solid work across both branding and campaigns Strong understanding of traditional Art Direction principles and campaign development Experience creating key visuals and campaign identities , not just adapting existing assets Excellent typography, layout, composition, color, and visual hierarchy Experience building complete brand and visual systems , not just logos or isolated pieces Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to explore different creative territories Ability to take a core idea or KV and translate it consistently across multiple formats and channels High level of craft and attention to detail Ability to work independently and make decisions without needing constant creative direction Ability to interpret feedback and improve the work, rather than simply applying comments literally Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe tools Comfortable working in English within remote and multicultural teams Please use the "Experience Summary" space to share your: Portfolio, hour availability and hourly rate.
