About the role

We’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded individual to support the Senior Buyer in sourcing and developing a well-balanced product range for Handbags & Accessories. You’ll play a key role in meeting planning deadlines through effective supply chain coordination and strategic supplier management.

About you

What we need from you:

Product Development & Sourcing

• Support the sourcing, development and delivery of a commercially successful product range.

• Analyse market trends, customer demand and competitor activity to identify opportunities.

• Maintain accurate product information, systems and databases.

Range Planning & Critical Path Management

• Manage seasonal critical paths to ensure key deadlines are met.

• Coordinate samples, range reviews and supplier timelines.

• Support the preparation of product presentations and selection meetings.

Trading & Performance

• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to maximise sales and profit.

• Produce weekly and seasonal trading reports, including sales analysis and best-seller reviews.

Supply Chain & Supplier Management

• Manage stock intake, shipping schedules and supplier performance.

• Work closely with suppliers to minimise delays and ensure on-time delivery.

• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with merchandising, franchise partners and internal teams to ensure smooth product delivery.

• Respond to product-related queries and communicate updates effectively across the business.

Team Support

• Support and mentor the Buying Assistant, ensuring workloads and deadlines are managed effectively.

• Deputise for the Buyer when required.

• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment and support training of new colleagues.

ESSENTIAL

• Currently at Assistant Buyer level

• Exceptional communication skills

• Budget control

• Report writing

• Passion for Dune London.
