Position Summary The Senior Associate, AMS Conversions will be an integral member of the team supporting Highstreet partners as they convert and transition to adopting Highstreet’s Gold Standard Applied Epic. Introducing Applied Epic to Highstreet is a long-term, high-priority, enterprise-wide initiative. Our goal is to activate organic growth potential where our partners feel supported by efficient workflows, shared resources, and analytical insights benefiting from quality data capture. The Senior Associate will lead all aspects of our Epic conversions and implementation processes. By way of example, we anticipate this to include operational and technical pre-conversion solutioning, system configuration, advice, training, and troubleshooting. Day-to-day, this role will collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams across Highstreet (Data, Technology, Finance, Legal and HR) and will work alongside multiple strategic service providers. Key Areas of Responsibility As the organization grows, roles will evolve, and areas of focus will be identified and prioritized by the team. The following is not intended to be all encompassing; however, examples of initial areas of focus include: Lead the Applied Epic Implementation project as the Point of Contact Develop remediation plans and solutions within the context of Highstreet best practices Assist in operations/servicing related configuration of Applied Epic as needed Train operations/servicing staff on all related tasks in Applied Epic and Extended Solutions Provide support and guidance during the implementation process and over the first few months post-go-live Own various products that are part of the Applied Extended Solutions as needed Desired Competencies 3-5 years minimum of Insurance agency/brokerage experience Hands-on experience with Applied Epic Experience training staff on software and workflows Experience in conversions a plus Strong organizational skills and time management Ability to connect, influence, and execute using video, phone, and in-person modes High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, as well as Outlook and Word Key Personal Attributes Treats people with respect and dignity Keeps commitments and demonstrates exceptional follow through Team-first orientation; high integrity, and mature character Positive, get it done personality Sense of urgency: “All hands-on deck” Exhibits confidence in self and others Comfortable expressing vulnerability Effectively influences outcomes and gives appropriate recognition to others Work Environment Will report to a manager (or above) Travel to Highstreet agencies for conversion support and training is expected at about 25 to 50% per month. Varies by time of year with no travel from Mid-November through December.
