Senior Associate - Contractor

Posted Tuesday, December 17, 2024 at 5:00 AM What We Need Corpay is currently looking to hire an Associate - Contractor who will provide guidance to junior team members, identify value creation areas and evaluate predictive models & algorithms while being responsible for quality control. How We Work As an Associate - Contractor you will be expected to work in a virtual environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing: Assigned virtual work space Company-issued equipment and remote access Formal, hands-on training Role Responsibilities The responsibilities of the role will include: 1. Lead analytical thought process and delivery on projects: Provide guidance to junior team members Identify value creation areas and evaluate predictive models & algorithms Pressure test approaches and be responsible for quality control 2. Own client communication and project delivery: Liase with client team members and make presentations to them Be the “go-to” person for one/more projects 3. Drive growth of people and of the firm: Be involved in hiring activities, lead internal R&D projects Identify internal innovation areas Qualifications & Skills Expectations 1. Experience and Professional Qualifications: Bachelor of Technology or/ and Graduate with MBA, preferably with a specialization in Analytics, Data Science from a top institute/ university 2. Skills and Competencies Skilled in Tableau, Power Bi, SQL, Python, R (open-source language), SAS etc. Involved in Recruitment drives, L&D, Knowledge share initiatives within the organization and contribute to the overall growth of the company Demonstrate ability to manage/interact with global stakeholders (Internal & external) 3. Behavioral Competencies A curious person with a drive to solve business problems and being solution oriented Someone with an entrepreneurial mindset & humility Be inclined to be a part of high growth company Highly collaborative in nature and drive excellent relationships
