Senior Associate Corporate Solicitor

A leading Irish corporate law firm, part of one of the world's largest international legal networks, is hiring a Senior Associate to join a rapidly growing team recognised as one of the leading corporate and M&A practices in the Irish market.

The team sits at the centre of some of the most complex and high-profile corporate transactions in the market: large cross-border deals, private equity investments, and advisory work for a client base spanning listed companies, international institutions, state bodies, infrastructure investors, and some of Ireland's best-known entrepreneurs.

Sector focus spans infrastructure, technology, energy, real estate, telecommunications and asset management, giving you exposure to some of the most active deal flow in the market.

You'll be trusted with real transaction responsibility from day one, working alongside partners several of whom have joined recently from major international firms who invest heavily in developing their people. The deal flow is varied and substantial, giving you the kind of exposure that shapes a career, backed by the resources and reach of a genuinely global platform.

We're looking for a lawyer with a minimum of 4 years' PQE, strong technical and drafting skills, and a commercial instinct. You'll be comfortable managing multiple priorities under pressure, and you'll bring the kind of client-service mindset that turns instructions into long-term relationships.
