About the team The Corporate Strategy team at Nutanix is focused on driving growth, performance, and operational efficiency throughout the organization. We work on projects of strategic importance at Nutanix that include growth strategy, business model transformation, go-to-market initiatives, operational excellence, and board communication. The team works closely with the CEO, our executive leadership team, and other senior leaders across the company to shape strategy and drive execution. Your role Generate business insights and develop strategy and business cases that inform company strategy and unlock potential value Define, drive and track strategic initiatives that are critical to company growth and operational efficiency Collaborate with partners across the company to help devise corporate and functional strategy What you will bring 3+ years of overall work experience with growing levels of responsibility 2+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity or corporate strategy at a leading enterprise software company Management degree from top tier business school Strong focus on enterprise software / SaaS Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving & analytical skills and ability to synthesize insights to drive alignment and outcomes Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships Can deal effectively with ambiguity and thrive in an unstructured environment Work Arrangement Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e. San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in-office resources.
