Position Overview
The Senior Associate will support the growth and execution of the firm’s sell-side advisory practice.
The role combines business development, financial analysis, client relationship management, transaction coordination, and internal operations. Responsibilities include generating qualified seller opportunities, conducting outbound calls, reviewing financial information, managing client relationships, preparing transaction materials, coordinating with professional advisors, and maintaining accurate records throughout the transaction process.
The position requires strong financial understanding, resilience, organizational discipline, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with limited supervision.
Compensation
Base salary: PKR 125,000 per month
Performance incentives:
• PKR 10,000 upon execution of each exclusive engagement agreement
• PKR 15,000 upon acceptance of a qualified Letter of Intent
• PKR 25,000 upon successful closing of a transaction
Additional quarterly performance bonuses may be awarded based on measurable contribution and firm growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate qualified seller opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, referral development, and structured follow-up.
• Build, manage, and improve outbound sales funnels.
• Conduct professional conversations with U.S. business owners and senior decision-makers.
• Qualify prospective clients and determine whether opportunities meet the firm’s criteria.
• Review profit and loss statements, tax returns, balance sheets, and supporting financial records.
• Independently calculate and verify revenue, gross profit, net income, EBITDA, Seller’s Discretionary Earnings, and cash flow.
• Identify owner add-backs, discretionary expenses, non-recurring expenses, and other normalization adjustments.
• Assist with valuation analysis, transaction summaries, confidential marketing materials, and buyer presentations.
• Prepare professional emails, proposals, reports, and client-facing documents.
• Coordinate communication among buyers, sellers, attorneys, accountants, lenders, and other transaction participants.
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot, internal trackers, client files, and transaction pipelines.
• Monitor deadlines, follow-ups, document requests, and next steps across multiple active engagements.
• Take ownership of assigned KPIs and contribute directly to new engagements, accepted offers, completed transactions, and firm growth.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of three years of relevant professional experience.
• Prior experience working directly with U.S. or Canadian clients.
• Exceptional written and spoken English.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, business operations, and transaction-level financial analysis.
• Proven ability to accurately calculate, normalize, and explain EBITDA and SDE using financial statements, tax returns, and supporting records.
• Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, business development, or client relationship management.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and follow-up capabilities.
• High numerical accuracy and exceptional attention to detail.
• Confidence communicating with business owners, executives, attorneys, accountants, and other senior professionals.
• Ability to remain composed under pressure and handle rejection professionally.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and active transactions without constant supervision.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime when required.
• Reliable high-speed internet, a professional remote work environment, and consistent availability during U.S. business hours.
Preferred Experience
Experience in commercial banking, corporate finance, financial analysis, audit, credit analysis, investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, B2B sales, business development, HubSpot, or another CRM platform is strongly preferred.
