The Role

Your Role

The HR Services Specialist – HR Operations & Case Management plays a key operational role within the EMEA HR Operations & Case Management Services team, with primary responsibility for HR operations delivery for France and Italy.

The role ensures accurate, compliant, and timely execution of personnel administration and employee data processes across the supported countries. A strong focus is placed on operational excellence, data accuracy, and consistency of HR processes in a high-volume and evolving environment, particularly within the French scope.

The position combines HR case management with an extensive range of HR operations activities. The specialist manages employee and manager inquiries via MyKyndryl and HR ticketing systems, ensuring end-to-end case resolution in line with SLAs, quality standards, and employee experience expectations.


What you will do


  • HR Data & Documentation Management: Maintain accurate employee records within HR systems and process all standard employment documentation.
  • Employee Lifecycle Execution: Manage operational transactions across every stage of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Payroll Operations & Issue Support: Support payroll processing and resolve payroll-related issues and escalations.
  • Regional Operational Ownership: Serve as the primary operational point of contact for assigned countries, taking end-to-end ownership of processes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, and Tier 2 / Tier 3 support teams to manage dependencies and ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Multi-Country & French Market Focus: Adapt to complex international HR environments, with specific emphasis on managing the complexity of French operational requirements.
  • Continuous Process Improvement: Identify recurring issues and drive process standardization to increase overall efficiency in HR service delivery.
  • Knowledge Base Optimization: Maintain and enhance internal knowledge base content to support standardized, accurate service across teams.



Who You Are

Required Skills and Experience

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or 0–2 years of HR internship/administrative experience).
  • Foundational HR Knowledge: Basic understanding of the employee lifecycle, personnel administration, and standard document handling.
  • Detail & Accuracy: High attention to detail, precision in data entry, and strong personal accountability.
  • Adaptability & Drive: Eagerness to learn and execute tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment.
  • Collaboration Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with Payroll, HR Business Partners, and broader stakeholders.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken) – French is mandatory.
  • Global Mindset: Curiosity and willingness to learn multi-country HR compliance, with a focus on French labor environments.

Preferred skills and Experience


  • Prior Exposure: Internship, working student experience, or previous exposure to customer service, shared services, or administrative support.
  • HR Systems: Familiarity with modern HR software or ticketing tools (Workday, ServiceNow, or similar platforms).
  • Excel Skills: Basic-to-intermediate MS Excel skills (data filtering, standard formulas).
