The Role

In this role, you will:

• Manage employee departure and offboarding transactions and cases, ensuring they are handled accurately, efficiently, and with appropriate attention to detail.
• Provide employees, managers, and HR stakeholders with clear and accurate guidance on HR processes, policies, and departure-related requirements.
• Take ownership of complex employee cases, coordinating with relevant stakeholders where necessary to drive cases through to resolution.
• Maintain accurate employee information and documentation while handling sensitive HR data appropriately.
• Collaborate closely with HR colleagues and other internal teams to support effective end-to-end service delivery.
• Identify recurring issues, trends, and opportunities to improve HR Services processes and the employee experience.
• Contribute to knowledge management by maintaining accurate and current process documentation and sharing expertise across the team.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and the implementation of HR process enhancements.
• Share knowledge and provide guidance, training, or coaching to colleagues when needed.

Job Qualifications

You have a customer-focused mindset and take ownership of delivering accurate and timely HR services. You are comfortable working with detailed information, solving problems, collaborating across teams, and managing multiple priorities. You are also committed to continuous learning and working inclusively with colleagues from different backgrounds and locations.

Required Skills and Experience

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within Human Resources, HR Services, employee lifecycle operations, Departures/Offboarding, or a related HR function.
• Experience supporting HR transactions, employee cases, or employee lifecycle processes.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with employees, managers, HR professionals, and diverse teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with close attention to data accuracy and detail.
• Ability to handle employee information with appropriate confidentiality and discretion.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively.
• Spanish and English language proficiency required.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience supporting Departures/Offboarding or employee separation processes.
• Experience working within a centralized or shared-services HR environment.
• Experience collaborating with multiple HR or business stakeholders.
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Portuguese language proficiency is an advantage.
