The Crown Is Yours

As a Senior Associate, Strategy & Operations, you’ll shape strategies that strengthen performance across our Loyalty & VIP Growth (LVG) organization. Working cross-functionally, you’ll equip leaders with data-driven insights, competitive intelligence, and scalable processes that inform high-impact decisions. You’ll help develop and execute strategic initiatives while identifying opportunities to use AI and automation to improve how our teams work and support the continued growth of the organization.

What You Will Do as a Senior Associate, Strategy & Operations

  • Build strategic roadmaps and scalable processes that strengthen performance across the Loyalty & VIP Growth organization and align with broader company objectives.
  • Develop and implement a KPI-based approach to evaluating performance, using data to surface insights, identify opportunities, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Own competitive intelligence workstreams, including market research, competitor benchmarking, data analysis, and the identification of emerging industry trends.
  • Translate data and competitive intelligence into clear, actionable recommendations that inform Loyalty & VIP Growth strategy, investment, and execution.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to use AI and automation to optimize workflows, while building AI-enabled tools and agents that increase team productivity and create scalable ways of working.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives, improve day-to-day operations, and drive stronger business performance.

What You Will Bring

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field with at least 2 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, strategic operations and planning, or a similar field.
  • Experience owning competitive intelligence or market research workstreams, including competitor analysis, industry research, and quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
  • Experience using AI to optimize workflows and build tools or agents that improve the efficiency and quality of work.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously, prioritize based on business needs, and align cross-functional teams around shared goals.
  • Strong strategic and analytical capabilities, with experience translating complex data into clear business insights and recommendations; proficiency in Google and Microsoft applications and experience with AI-enabled tools such as Claude, SQL, and Snowflake are preferred.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is 70,500.00 USD - 88,100.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
