Senior/ Associate Mechanical Engineer, Building Services

SWP Ltd is an independent building services consultancy delivering high quality residential, commercial, retail, hotels and leisure, restaurants and education projects across Kent, London, South East and further afield.

We’re growing our mechanical team and looking for an experienced engineer to lead projects and help shape how we work.

The role

• Leading mechanical design from concept through to completion (RIBA stages 2–7)
• Acting as a main point of contact for clients and design teams
• Mentoring and developing junior and graduate engineers
• At associate level, contributing to bids, fee proposals and business growth

About you

• Degree in mechanical or building services engineering
• [6+] years’ UK consultancy experience in HVAC and mechanical design
• Working knowledge of CIBSE guides and Building Regulations (Part L, Part F)
• Chartered or working towards it (CIBSE / IMechE)
• Revit MEP and modelling tools such as IES and H2x are a plus
• Motivated team member who is looking for a career move.
