We are looking for an independent Mid/Senior Consultant who combines practical knowledge of the Atlassian Cloud ecosystem with a mature approach to business process analysis. In this role, you will work closely and directly with clients, from understanding their needs, through advising and designing solutions, to ensuring a smooth implementation.
What will you work on as a Senior Atlassian Consultant ?
- The Atlassian Services unit provides comprehensive support to clients using Atlassian products. We are looking for another person to join the team that delivers consulting and configuration services for Atlassian products, helping clients solve their challenges and improve the way they work.
Who will you work with?
- You will join the Atlassian Consultants team, consisting of a Team Leader, ITSM Solution Designer, PMO / PPM Solution Designer, two Atlassian Consultants and three Senior Atlassian Consultants. In our daily work, we use Agile practices, including daily meetings and planning sessions, and most of the tools we use are part of the Atlassian ecosystem.
- The team has a non-corporate atmosphere and values individuality. Atlassian Consultants are a group of people with different interests and skills, which we try to make use of in our everyday work. We support each other and value constructive feedback.
What tasks await you in this role?
- evaluating existing business processes and identifying opportunities for migration to Atlassian Cloud;
- designing and implementing tailored Atlassian Cloud solutions aligned with the client's goals;
- configuring and customizing Atlassian products, including Jira Service Management, Jira, Confluence, etc.;
- advising clients on process best practices, including ITSM, PMO/PPM, ESM and Agile, and ensuring they are aligned with the capabilities of Atlassian Cloud;
- training client teams on how to use Atlassian Cloud tools and follow good practices;
- troubleshooting technical issues during and after migration to Atlassian Cloud;
- keeping up to date with new developments and updates in Atlassian Cloud, including new features such as AI and automation, as well as industry trends, so that you can propose innovative solutions to clients.
You are the one we’re looking for, if:
- you have the following skills:
- experience as a consultant or administrator working with Atlassian products;
- experience working directly and closely with business clients, with confidence in conducting conversations and gathering requirements;
- a high level of independence and the ability to take ownership of client-related topics end-to-end;
- experience configuring and customizing Atlassian products;
- experience analyzing and optimizing business processes, as well as working with Agile methodologies / project management;
- troubleshooting skills;
- confident communication in English and Polish (min. B2/C1);
- nice to have: scripting skills (Groovy/ScriptRunner), Atlassian (ACP) and/or ITIL certifications, knowledge of Azure and SharePoint, and an educational background in IT or business.

3. Online interview - here you meet the recruiter and the team leader, who verify your skills. The meeting usually lasts about 1h.
4. Recruitment task - A short, approximately 30-minute session with the team leader that will allow us to assess your skills in practice.
5. The decision, which is presented to you about 2 weeks after the interview.
