Senior Auditor

Role Description The Owner role at DH Consultora is a part-time, remote position responsible for leading the firm’s strategic direction and overseeing key client engagements. Day-to-day tasks include managing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring high-quality delivery of HR and communication consulting services. The role involves coordinating project teams, reviewing proposals and diagnostics, and guiding the design of performance management and organizational communication systems. The Owner also monitors market trends, develops partnerships, and supports the growth and reputation of the consultancy across its regional markets.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Human Resources consulting, including experience with talent selection, staff training, and organizational diagnostics.
• Expertise in communication strategy, with experience in internal and external organizational communication systems.
• Proven ability in business development, client relationship management, and strategic planning in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Leadership and people management skills, including the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams remotely.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish; proficiency in English and/or Portuguese is an advantage.
• Comfort with remote work tools, project management platforms, and digital collaboration environments.
• Experience working across multiple countries or regions and understanding of diverse organizational cultures.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
