Reports into Ansira's AI Center of Excellence, based in Colombia. Partners with automation architects and other developers on the automation engineering team to design, build, test, deploy, and maintain high-value automation workflows sourced from across the business.
What You Will Do
- Design and implement automation workflows spanning multiple enterprise systems
- Build, test, and deploy solutions combining AI agents (Claude, Claude Code, Glean) with automation/RPA and low-code/no-code platforms (UiPath, n8n, Zapier)
- Maintain and troubleshoot production workflows
- Take automation opportunities — sourced from business stakeholders, systems, and an AI-powered discovery process — from spec to shipped
- Partner with automation architects and fellow developers to scope and validate solutions
- Collaborate directly with stakeholders and end users to clarify requirements
- Contribute to the shared CoE automation backlog
Qualifications
Required
- 3-5 years designing and implementing automation workflows that integrate multiple enterprise systems
- Programming experience in any coding language
- Demonstrated experience with AI-driven or agent-based automation
- Experience with low-code/no-code automation platforms
- Working proficiency in English for team collaboration
Preferred
- Hands-on RPA platform experience (UiPath or similar)
- Familiarity with APIs, MCP, SQL, and SaaS platforms
