The goal is to modernize the platform and speed up software delivery, taking release cycles from several months down to about one. The enterprise systems team is makes use of a Microsoft Azure stack (.NET, SQL Server, and a substantial Azure estate) and it owns the ERP system, the integrations that feed it, and the internal applications the business depends on daily. Your day-to-day activities: Designing and building integrations between the ERP, internal applications, and third-party vendor systems, over SFTP, APIs, and message queues Developing and maintaining .NET applications and services across the Azure estate Diagnosing and resolving SQL Server performance problems in production — deadlocks, timeouts, slow queries — and hardening schema and indexing so they stop recurring Building and maintaining Azure Logic Apps, App Services, and Azure SQL workloads Onboarding new vendors onto the integration platform as the business adds them, which is a continuous stream of work rather than a one-off project Engineering scheduled and batch jobs to production-grade reliability: failure handling, monitoring, atomicity Bringing structure to a codebase carrying real legacy: consolidating duplicated logic and retiring what can be retired Translating business workflows (finance, inventory, order management) into reliable technical solutions Establishing tests and documentation for the surfaces you own Participating in code reviews and pod ceremonies Triaging and resolving production incidents across the enterprise systems estate As a Senior team member, you will be expected to actively participate in our hiring processes by serving on interview panels for future roles across the company.
