As of no we are looking for a Senior Backend Developer , a person who will work directly on our product development. This is an ideal role for someone fascinated by modern web technologies and with extensive experience with Python and the Django framework. 💻 Your main tasks will be: building and developing scalable applications with a strong focus on high performance and code quality, modernizing legacy code to improve its readability, stability, and overall efficiency, working with the latest versions of libraries, frameworks and tools, ensuring they stay up to date, writing clean, high-quality code in line with industry best practices, deepening technical knowledge and solving complex system and application-level issues, collaborating with a team of tech enthusiasts , where a growth mindset and continuous improvement of programming skills are our top priorities. 😎 What skills and experience are we looking for? at least 4 years of experience with the Django framework, strong knowledge of Celery , proficiency in Python (ability to write clean and efficient code), experience in building and scaling complex web applications , drive to go beyond standard CRUDs - a passion for diving deep into details and optimizing code, fluency in both English and Polish (C1 level) , independence and a high sense of ownership over assigned tasks, ability to work both as a team player and independently, a solution-oriented mindset and openness to change. 🥳 What we offer in return: salary between 17 000 - 23 000 PLN / monthly, 100% remote work, flexible working hours and international work environment, co-finance of private medical care and sports card, high-quality hardware - you’ll work on Macbook, individual approach to your career path with access to courses and needed sources.
