Job Description 💼

• Design and develop applications using Go
• Improve and enhance existing systems and applications
• Conduct code reviews and maintain high standards of code quality
• Contribute to the design and development of new products from the early stages
• Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products

Depending on your experience, skills, and career interests, you may also have the opportunity to take on roles such as:

• Tech Lead – providing technical direction and supporting engineering teams
• Engineering Manager – leading team development, project execution, and engineering initiatives

In addition, engineers are encouraged to take part in voluntary initiatives such as:

• Planning and implementing educational programs for team members, particularly junior engineers
• Supporting employer branding and recruitment-related activities for engineering talent

Requirements 💪

Must

Technical Skills

• Experience in Go language development
• At least 3 years of experience in designing and developing web applications
• Experience in object-oriented design and development
• Experience in continuous development with unit testing

• Experience implementing front-end using Next.js/TypeScript
• Knowledge and experience solving framework and library issues
• Experience in technology selection and architecture design
• Experience in designing and developing large-scale web applications considering load, availability, etc.

• Experience as a Tech Lead in the server-side field
• Experience in development using cloud services (AWS, GCP, etc.)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development practices
• Experience with vendor control
