We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer with experience in Google Ads Integration and strong expertise in Python and PostgreSQL . The role requires familiarity with Redis , AWS, and Datadog , as well as a good understanding of messaging systems like RabbitMQ. Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll collaborate closely with non-technical teams and external vendors. The ideal candidate is comfortable asking questions, clarifying requirements, and working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. Requirements: 5+ years of experience as Backend Engineer , including working with Python for at least 1–2 years hands-on recently Experience with Google Ads Integration Experience with caching systems such as Redis Practical knowledge of using AI in the daily development flow, with tools like Claude Code or Codex Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL Be familiar with AWS Experience using Datadog or other monitoring tools Knowledge in RabbitMQ or Kafka, hands-on experience is a plus Familiarity with Kubernetes Advanced English proficiency , with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
