Position Summary The Senior Benefits Analyst supports the design, communication, administration, and delivery of employee benefit and recognition programs. This role helps employees and leaders understand benefit offerings, supports program operations, and partners with internal teams and external vendors to ensure programs run smoothly and meet employee needs. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys managing details, coordinating events and communications, solving problems, and working with people at all levels. The role includes benefits administration, employee education, vendor coordination, data analysis, event support, and continuous improvement of benefit-related processes and resources. Key Responsibilities Support the planning, administration, and ongoing improvement of employee benefit and recognition programs. Develop, update, and deliver clear communications and educational materials for employees, managers, and Human Resources partners. Coordinate and support benefit-related events, employee recognition activities, trainings, and program rollouts. Partner with vendors to resolve issues, coordinate services, and support successful program delivery. Collaborate with internal teams such as Human Resources, payroll, finance, legal, communications, and HR IS to support benefit operations. Review benefit program data, survey results, healthcare claims information, and other metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements. Prepare reports and summaries related to benefit programs, policies, budgets, and program performance. Support updates to benefit policies, procedures, employee-facing resources, and internal communication channels. Assist with system updates, testing, and process improvements related to benefits administration. Provide guidance to employees, managers, and HR partners on benefit-related questions, processes, and escalated issues. Coordinate schedules, logistics , materials, and resources for events, rounding, and employee engagement activities. Manage program resources responsibly, including funds or materials used for employee recognition. Preferred Skills and Experience 2+ years of experience in event management, event coordination, or employee engagement activities. Experience working with vendors, including issue resolution and service coordination. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff, including executive level stakeholders High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and event logistics . Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business or event needs, including some evenings and weekends. Ability to work in a hybrid environment with local travel as needed for events and program support. Minimum Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field 2+ years of work experience in a related job discipline Physical Requirements Moving/lifting/ p ushing/ p ulling up to 35 lbs. Bending, squatting, kneeling frequently Standing required multiple hours attending events Walking/working on their feet consistently when running all-day events Hours & Location Interested candidates must have the a bility to work a flexible schedule based on business or event needs, including some evenings and weekends. This is a hybrid remote/onsite role based on business or event needs . You will be expected to travel locally to various locations of Cincinnati Children’s Hospital as needed for e vents.
