Our team is on the hunt for a Senior Benefits Manager to bring their expertise on board. Responsibilities

  • Take charge of administering medical, dental, vision, and life insurance offerings so that staff members enjoy thorough protection
  • Cultivate and sustain partnerships with brokers, insurance carriers, and additional vendors, leading discussions to lock in advantageous conditions
  • Drive the process of renewing benefits contracts and hammer out vendor agreements aimed at balancing cost efficiency with quality coverage
  • Examine and cross-check invoices submitted by providers to confirm precision and adherence to contractual obligations
  • Keep benefits-related paperwork well-organized and lend assistance whenever internal or external audit activities take place
  • Act as the go-to resource for staff members with questions regarding their coverage details and eligibility status
  • Scout for and establish community-based partnerships along with discount programs designed to add value to the benefits package
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with colleagues internally and partners externally to guarantee programs run without friction
  • Assist in launching and communicating fresh benefits initiatives and vendor arrangements so employees stay well-informed

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of practical, on-the-job experience within People Operations, Human Resources, or Benefits Administration functions
  • Solid technical grasp of how benefits programs operate, covering insurance structures, eligibility criteria, and regulatory obligations
  • Firm understanding of how to design and roll out wellness initiatives that promote staff health and involvement
  • Demonstrated skill in negotiating with insurance carriers, brokers, and vendors to lock in advantageous pricing and terms
  • Sharp analytical capabilities suited to reviewing, verifying, and reconciling invoices along with other benefits paperwork
  • Meticulous organizational skills paired with careful attention to detail for maintaining records and assisting with audit efforts
  • Well-honed interpersonal skills geared toward building relationships and managing stakeholders throughout every level of the company
  • Strong command of the English language, at B2 proficiency or higher
