Irenys Inc. is seeking experienced Senior Bilingual Business Analysts (French/English) to contribute to a major Oracle Cloud ERP implementation, supporting the transformation of finance, procurement, and human resources processes.

Engagement Details

• Location: Remote (Canada)
• Employment Type: Full-Time Contract
• Start Date: October 23, 2026 (or earlier)
• Contract Duration: Until August 20, 2027, with potential extensions

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation with business and technical stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and integration specifications.
• Facilitate discussions and collaborate effectively with French- and English-speaking stakeholders.
• Work closely with subject matter experts, implementation partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Analyze existing business processes, identify gaps, and recommend opportunities for optimization and standardization.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable specifications aligned with ERP capabilities.
• Support requirements traceability, system integrations, testing activities, and project deliverables.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst supporting enterprise-scale transformation initiatives.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English (mandatory), with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP or comparable enterprise ERP platforms.
• Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, business process mapping, gap analysis, and functional documentation.
• Solid understanding of enterprise system integrations and business workflows.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Knowledge of finance, procurement, or human resources business processes is an asset.
