We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support one of the world's leading international health organisations.

You'll work at the intersection of Business and IT, helping business stakeholders translate strategic needs into digital solutions while supporting governance, demand management and project delivery across an international environment.

What you'll do

• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams
• Lead discovery workshops and gather business requirements
• Analyse and optimise business processes
• Manage business demand and support prioritisation activities
• Produce Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), User Stories and functional specifications
• Participate in solution design alongside Solution Architects
• Support governance, portfolio planning and business decision-making
• Coordinate requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Support SIT, UAT, business acceptance and Go-Live activitiesCollaborate with international teams across multiple business domains

We're looking for someone who has

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Has strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Has experience in Business Process Analysis and Process Improvement
• Has worked across the full project lifecycleIs comfortable working with both business and technical teams
• Has experience working within Agile, Hybrid or Waterfall environments
• Speaks fluent English

Nice to have

• Business Process Management
• (BPM)BPMN, UML or Microsoft
• Visio BABOK, IIBA, PMI or Agile certifications Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce or Microsoft Power Platform
• Experience in international organisations, NGOs or Public Sector
• Experience with Demand Management or Business Relationship Management
