Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in integration projects, systems analysis, and requirements management. The ideal candidate understands how applications, services, and business processes interact across complex IT ecosystems and can effectively translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.

The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, developers, testers, and UX specialists while driving multiple initiatives in parallel.

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and manage business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Lead workshops and stakeholder sessions to identify business needs and define solutions.
• Analyze and design integration processes, interfaces, and data flows between systems.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and analytical documentation.
• Define project scope, support delivery teams, and manage requirements throughout their lifecycle.
• Work closely with developers, testers, architects, and product teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
• Support decision-making through data-driven analysis and recommendations.
• Coordinate multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex IT environments.
• Strong expertise in system integrations, APIs, data exchange mechanisms, and end-to-end business processes.
• Advanced knowledge of Business Analysis techniques, requirements engineering, and process modeling.
• Experience in collecting, documenting, and managing functional and non-functional requirements.
• Practical experience in eliciting requirements through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Strong knowledge of analytical artifacts, including process maps, use cases, user stories, business rules, decision tables, and data models.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum) with understanding of Waterfall methodology.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively across business and technical teams.
• Experience leading several projects or workstreams simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate the work of others when required.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
