Senior Business Analyst

Grow Your Staff is hiring a Senior Business Analyst to support a Houston-based operations and technology consulting firm. The position is a part-time, remote opportunity.

The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will work directly with the team based in the US.

Experience required: 3-5 years

Time: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST (Monday - Friday)

Salary: INR 7-11 LPA

Location: Remote

Type of employment: Part-time

Requirements: 4 hours/day (subject to change based on business)

Responsibilities:

• Attend client meetings with U.S.-based stakeholders to gather, understand, and clarify business requirements
• Translate client discussions and loosely defined requests into clear, structured, and actionable tickets for the development team
• Create and maintain project implementation schedules, task lists, and supporting documentation in Notion
• Track deliverables, dependencies, deadlines, and overall progress across multiple client projects
• Follow up with clients and internal team members to ensure pending actions are completed on schedule
• Maintain accurate records of project decisions, requirements, action items, and open questions
• Identify and communicate risks, blockers, delays, and scope changes before they affect project delivery
• Coordinate between clients and the technical team to ensure business needs and technical solutions remain aligned
• Support CRM, automation, and software implementation projects by providing clear requirements and maintaining delivery visibility
• Take ownership of assigned projects and independently drive them forward with minimal supervision

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or software implementation
• Experience in technology consulting, CRM, or software implementation projects
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms, databases, APIs, integrations, or automation workflows
• Strong requirement-gathering, documentation, and project-management skills
• Excellent written and spoken English, with confidence in client-facing communication
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with Notion or similar project-management tools
• Comfortable working independently and during U.S. hours
• Salesforce implementation experience is a strong plus
