About The Job
- The Senior Business Analyst mission is to establish the link between the Business operational teams/Product and IT, translating each business need into detailed requirements
- Collect and analyse every new need deriving from market changes, internal projects, client requests or simply users requests for enhancement of the system, proposing and documenting the most optimal solutions to meet users and client’s expectations, always involving all relevant stakeholders in the process
Your Main Activities Are
- Understand and analyse the needs coming from the Business or deriving from market changes, proposing sustainable solutions, in line with the entity’s strategic plan, and converting them into detailed requirements
- Involve all relevant stakeholders in the process of definition and validation of any new requirement, assessing all potential impacts
- Ensure the implementation of the new features and changes in Production environment
- Follow the go live process, compare the impacts towards expectations and propose adjustments when needed
- Act as a reference in the function and capitalize on the gathered experience to share knowledge, train and coach others
Profile And Skills To Success
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
- Up to 7 years of professional experience in Information Technology
- Knowledge of Information Technology: Business and IT Relationship
- Fluent in English, verbal and written
- Team player and able to collaborate
- Able to understand, explain and support change
- Analytical Ability
