Senior Business Analyst

A Belgian financial institution is reinforcing the team that builds its fraud prevention and detection capability. Neurho Solutions is looking for a Business Analyst Expert to take end-to-end ownership of analysis inside that team, on a 12-month assignment in Brussels, extendable.

This is a high-visibility scope. The team provides the tools used across the bank to prevent and detect fraud, and coordinates the group-wide response to fraudulent activity. You will work inside a tribe focused on remote customer interaction, process automation and fraud solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Lead business analysis end-to-end, from the first business need through to a mature epic or feature, acting as owner of the scope you are given.

Facilitate ideation and refinement sessions with business stakeholders, squad colleagues and delivery teams, and challenge requirements where efficiency, customer experience or strategic fit can be improved.

Document needs clearly, validate them through mock-ups and data visualisations, and translate them into requirements delivery colleagues can work from autonomously.

Prepare and take part in end-to-end testing, and report on progress, defects and risks.

Support onboarding and go-live, mapping business needs to delivered functionality and following up open points.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

At least 6 years in business analysis in a complex organisation: requirements gathering, documentation, stakeholder management.

Solid command of Agile ideation and refinement techniques, with real epic or feature ownership behind you.

Comfortable bridging business and technical teams and translating between them.

Confident with MS Office, in particular graphs and data visualisation.

Master's degree or equivalent by experience.

Dutch, French and English at C1, strong written and spoken. This one is non-negotiable: the team works in all three languages.

DIFFERENTIATORS

Knowledge of fraud prevention and detection in the banking sector.

Project management experience: refinement, ideation, ownership of a delivery scope.
