We are looking for an experienced Technical Analyst / Functional Analyst with strong expertise in Private Banking / Wealth Management, MIS Reporting, business requirements, data analysis, and UAT.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and technical teams to help build a global reporting solution that consolidates diverse data sources into a single source of information for stakeholders.

Role Overview

You will act as a bridge between business and technology, understanding complex Private Banking processes and translating business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.

You will contribute to the design of a global MIS reporting solution, support data consolidation, validate end-to-end requirements, coordinate UAT, and facilitate communication between business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Business & Functional Analysis

• Analyze business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements

• Understand business process design and identify opportunities to simplify complexity

• Create models, diagrams, presentations, and documentation to communicate requirements effectively

• Work closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts

• Facilitate consensus around scope, design, and implementation decisions

🔹 Private Banking & MIS Reporting

• Apply strong knowledge of the Finance industry and MIS reporting

• Understand Private Banking products and processes

• Support the integration and consolidation of diverse data sources

• Contribute to creating a single data source for stakeholders

🔹 Data & Reporting

• Work with database concepts and advanced SQL

• Analyze and troubleshoot data-related issues

• Work with:

• SQL

• BigQuery

• ETL

• BI Solutions

• Looker

• Angular

• Tableau

• Support data analytics activities related to consolidating multiple data sources

🔹 UAT & Stakeholder Support

• Write and conduct UAT test cases

• Validate end-to-end requirements through reviews, walkthroughs, and demonstrations

• Support stakeholders during UAT

• Provide user training where required

• Ensure requirements are correctly translated into the delivered solution

🔹 Stakeholder Management

• Engage with stakeholders at different levels of the organization

• Build strong working relationships with business and technical teams

• Communicate complex requirements in a clear and understandable manner

• Work effectively across global, virtual, and matrix organizations

🔹 Risk & Delivery

• Proactively identify risks and issues affecting delivery

• Support troubleshooting and resolution of functional and data-related issues

• Maintain high standards of documentation and quality

• Remain delivery-focused while managing multiple priorities
