Here’s what the opportunity supported through our TGS Talent Acquisition Team requires: TEKsystems Global Services (TGS) is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the large-scale Document Management and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) engagement. This role is delivery-focused and requires a hands-on, technically capable Senior Business Analyst who can operate independently, partner closely with engineering teams, and translate complex business needs into clear, testable requirements across AWS-based, API-driven, and UI-centric solutions. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead the elicitation, analysis, validation, and documentation of business, functional, and non-functional requirements. • Translate stakeholder objectives and business requirements into clear and actionable requirements for application features, workflows, APIs, and integrations. • Develop and maintain structured requirement artifacts such as functional specifications, process flows, data flows, and user stories with acceptance criteria. • Create lightweight wireframes and low-fidelity mockups to support requirement clarification and validation. • Collaborate closely with UX designers, UI engineers, API engineers, and AWS architects. • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams throughout discovery and delivery. • Support testing activities by validating test cases, participating in UAT, and ensuring requirements coverage. • Assist with integration and deployment readiness by validating end-to-end workflows and data handoffs. SKILLS REQUIRED • 7+ years of Business Analyst experience, including delivery of complex technical solutions • Strong experience gathering and documenting functional and technical requirements, use case requirements, data flows, and data transformation processes. • API familiarity and experience working with modern web and mobile UI concepts • Working knowledge of AWS-based platforms and AI/IDP solutions • Experience working in Agile / iterative delivery environments • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders, including business, technical, and executive audiences. • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills PREFERRED TRAITS • CBAP or other Business Analysis certification • Experience in public sector, healthcare or regulated environments • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Collaborative and adaptive mindset EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree required with significant relevant experience. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. This engagement requires a US-based resource due to state government constraints. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Baltimore, MD. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $84500.00 - $126700.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. We reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected classification.
