Hiring: Senior Business Analyst

📍 Location: Argentina – 100% Remote

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a product development organization delivering enterprise software solutions hosted on Microsoft Azure.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and requirements sessions

• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business rules

• Partner with Product Managers, Product Owners, Architects, Engineering Leads, UX, and development teams

• Ensure requirements align with product strategy and business objectives

• Validate proposed solutions against business needs and expected outcomes

• Support Agile software delivery and successful product outcomes

• Analyze and improve business processes

• Work with cloud-based applications and enterprise software solutions

• Apply working knowledge of AI technologies and AI-enabled business solutions

✅ Ideal Profile:

• Strong Senior Business Analyst experience

• Proven experience in Agile software development environments

• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills

• Experience working with Product Owners / Product Managers and technical teams

• Understanding of Microsoft Azure and cloud-based applications

• Knowledge of AI technologies and AI-enabled business solutions

• Excellent stakeholder communication and analytical skills
