The role has a strong focus on Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), integration with SAP Finance (FI), and the interfaces connecting SAP with other business-critical platforms in a dynamic, international environment.

This role is critical to the company's transformation journey and its ability to evolve in response to business needs. Working closely with Business Partners, Business Owners, system owners, architects, technical teams, and external system integrators, the Senior Business Analyst translates business needs into high-quality functional and integration requirements, owns the delivery of projects and enhancements within the assigned SAP Integration area, and helps ensure that internal teams and vendors achieve the agreed business and operational outcomes.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The Senior Business Analyst - SAP Integration:

· Collaborates closely with Business Owners to understand the business roadmap and translate business ideas into clear, detailed, and testable business, functional, and integration requirements.

· Leads business analysis activities for end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes and their integration with SAP FI, including billing, invoicing, customer master data, credit management, revenue-related processes, and financial postings.

· Applies deep knowledge of current systems, interfaces, and capabilities to define feasible, value-driven solutions, and works with functional and technical teams to support successful implementation.

· Uses business-process experience and system knowledge to analyze complex processes and identify coherent improvements that deliver benefits across the end-to-end value chain.

· Leads requirements, process-design, and solution-review sessions across O2C, P2P, FI integration, and connected enterprise applications.

· Owns the business analysis of interfaces and end-to-end data flows between SAP and non-SAP applications, covering source and target systems, mappings, transformations, orchestration, security, error handling, monitoring, reconciliation, and operational support requirements.

· Acts as the primary business-analysis point of contact for SAP integrations and associated end-to-end processes, coordinating business, functional, architecture, middleware, application, security, infrastructure, and vendor teams.

· Works with architects, SAP specialists, middleware teams, and external system integrators to assess cross-system impacts, define appropriate integration patterns, and ensure coherent changes across the application landscape.

· Reviews and challenges functional and technical specifications, interface designs, mappings, estimates, delivery plans, and supporting documentation produced by internal teams and external vendors, confirming alignment with business, architecture, security, supportability, and operational requirements.

· Coordinates external system integrators and technology vendors throughout the delivery lifecycle, setting clear expectations for scope, deliverables, quality, milestones, dependencies, risks, and acceptance criteria, and following up on actions through to closure.

· Provides end-to-end oversight of project execution, including planning, requirements, design, build, testing, deployment readiness, cutover, hypercare, and transition to support, proactively managing dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and escalations throughout the delivery lifecycle.

· Owns the successful delivery of projects and enhancements within the assigned SAP Integration area, coordinating business stakeholders, internal technology teams, middleware specialists, and external system integrators to deliver agreed scope, timelines, quality, and business outcomes.

· Drives troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex integration issues, ensuring clear ownership, timely escalation, corrective actions, and sustainable resolution across internal teams and external delivery partners.

· Identifies and promotes relevant technologies, integration practices, and incremental improvements that create measurable business value.

· Supports transformation initiatives, system migrations, upgrades, and integration projects from discovery and design through build, testing, deployment, hypercare, and transition to operations, coordinating dependencies across internal teams and system integrators.

· Produces high-quality project deliverables independently and within agreed timelines, including process maps, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, interface requirements, and test scenarios.

· Facilitates backlog-refinement sessions, workshops, design reviews, and effective cross-functional meetings with business and technology stakeholders.

· Communicates business value, solution outcomes, risks, dependencies, and recommendations clearly through structured presentations and stakeholder sessions.
