Meet the team:


We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst who will also serve as the Business Relationship Manager (BRM) for the Marketing team. This role will act as a primary liaison for EMEA Marketing priorities, translating business needs into clear actionable requirements, and prioritizing delivery plans. The individual will partner closely with Marketing and IT delivery teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to shape demand, define business value, manage expectations, and ensure technology solutions support business objectives, customer engagement, operational efficiency, and scalable growth.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned Business Systems Analyst and trusted relationship leader with strong commercial acumen, marketing technology experience, and the ability to connect strategic business priorities with practical technology execution. This role requires the ability to facilitate workshops, shape business cases, develop user stories and process documentation, influence priorities, and provide transparent communication to business and IT leadership in a fast-paced, global environment.



Where you come in:

  • Serve as the primary IT Business Relationship Manager for the Marketing team, building trusted partnerships with business leaders and stakeholders.
  • Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to define business processes, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Partner with Product Owners, delivery teams, architects, and vendors to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, compliant, and aligned with business value.
  • Manage intake, prioritization, and expectation-setting across competing Marketing Commercial requests, ensuring realistic commitments and clear communication.
  • Prepare concise status updates, executive summaries, decision points, risks, and issue escalations for business and IT leadership.
  • Support delivery execution by clarifying requirements, removing ambiguity, facilitating decisions, and validating that delivered capabilities meet business needs.
  • Partner with testing and change management teams to support test scenarios, user acceptance testing, adoption planning, and readiness activities.
  • Monitor the health, performance, and continuous improvement opportunities for Marketing Commercial applications and related digital capabilities.

What makes you successful:

  • You have strong experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment for Commercial, Marketing, E-commerce, digital, CRM, marketing automation, customer engagement, or related enterprise capabilities.
  • You have experience utilizing tools like Jira and ServiceNow
  • You are skilled at business relationship management, stakeholder engagement, demand shaping, prioritization, and influencing across business and IT teams.
  • You can connect strategy to execution by translating business objectives into clear requirements, roadmaps, business cases, and measurable outcomes.
  • You demonstrate strong facilitation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • You are comfortable working in Agile environments and partnering with Product Owners, Scrum teams, architects, vendors, QA, and change management teams.
  • You can manage ambiguity, balance multiple priorities, and provide clear recommendations to support timely business and technology decisions.
  • You understand the importance of compliance, data privacy, quality, and documentation in a regulated global environment.
  • You have experience working with geographically distributed, cross-functional, onshore, and offshore teams.

Travel Required:

  • 5-10%

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field, and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience in business analysis, IT business partnership (2+ years), product delivery, or business relationship management.
  • Experience supporting Commercial, Marketing, CRM, digital engagement, marketing automation, data, or customer-facing technology capabilities is preferred.
  • Agile, BRM, ITIL, PMP, or business analysis certifications are a plus.


Flex Workplace:

  • Your primary location will be your assigned Dexcom site, but you may work part of the week from a home office. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically within an hour’s commute).
