At the Engineering Competence Center, we deliver services and projects for the Automotive, Rail, and Oil & Gas sectors. Our specialized engineering teams work within project and competency groups, whose activities we manage. We also conduct training and certification programs to enhance the engineering competencies of our consultants.
Position
We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of Senior Business Analyst (he/she) for our client from the biotechnology industry.
Additional Information
This area is responsible for designing, enhancing, and optimizing the digital ecosystem that supports global workforce, including HR platforms, workforce planning solutions, and enterprise integrations. As part of a mature team of Business Analysts, you will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to support key digital transformation programs. The role offers exposure to complex enterprise environments, global stakeholders, modern cloud technologies, and large-scale integration initiatives that help shape the future of workforce enablement across the organization.
Offered salary
Salary: from 960 to 1 040 PLN net/day, depending on experience and competences.
You’re ideal for this role if you:
- Have 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, digital transformation, or enterprise application environments.
- Have a proven track record of effectively bridging the gap between business and technical teams.
- Are experienced in working within complex enterprise ecosystems, involving multiple systems, integrations, and stakeholders.
- Have strong expertise in requirements engineering, business process analysis, and stakeholder management.
- Possess a solid understanding of Agile methodologies, preferably with exposure to SAFe.
- Have experience with data analysis, data modelling, and system integration concepts.
- Are familiar with API specifications and can contribute to technical and functional documentation.
- Have hands-on experience with or a good understanding of Snowflake.
- Have fluent English communication skills (C1 or higher), enabling you to work effectively in a global and international environment.
Demonstrate excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Are proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in environments with evolving priorities and ambiguity.
Nice to have:
- Experience working with the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, Power BI, Dynamics, or related technologies.
- Familiarity with HR platforms such as Workday or CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Basic knowledge of UML and BPMN.
- Experience working in large global organizations.
- Previous involvement in enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements across enterprise workforce applications.
- Translating business needs into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and data models.
- Facilitating workshops, interviews, and stakeholder alignment sessions.
- Supporting application portfolio governance and prioritization activities.
- Collaborating closely with engineering and development teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Contributing to system integration initiatives involving platforms such as Workday, Salesforce, and internal enterprise systems.
- Performing data analysis, root cause analysis, and quality validation activities.
- Supporting API and data-related specifications, including JSON schemas and integration requirements.
- Ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical architecture decisions.
