Insurity’s Next Senior Business Analyst The Senior Business Analyst serves as a bridge between business needs and technical execution, translating complex problems into clear, testable, traceable requirements, solution options, and delivery-ready backlog items for engineering teams. This role is well suited for a senior, analytically strong professional who understands both technology and business context and can help shape product improvements without needing to be a day-to-day hands-on coder. The ideal candidate brings progressive experience with AI tooling, a self-starter mindset, and a strong interest in improving how analysis work is performed, validated, traced, and delivered.
