Senior Business Analyst — Institutional Digital Assets / Reserve Governance

This is a remote role. We are open to exceptional candidates internationally; location is not a limiting factor.

SDRB is building ReserveFi — institutional infrastructure for reserve governance, verification and evidence.

Our first product is a Read-Only Reserve Governance Evidence Platform, built around:

ORS — Open Reserve Standard

GRM — Governance Response Module

It is designed to provide verifiable evidence of institutional reserve-governance processes and policy adherence without taking control of institutional assets.

We are preparing for Design Partner workshops and Discovery and are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to work directly with institutional Design Partners, SDRB leadership, Solution Architecture, Security and Engineering.

This is a full-time role from the start, reflecting the importance of continuous involvement across Design Partner workshops, Discovery, PoC requirements definition and the transition into MVP.

• Lead requirements discovery with institutional Design Partners
• Translate treasury, risk, compliance and business needs into clear technical requirements
• Define use cases, workflows, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Map institutional roles, approvals and segregation of duties
• Define data flows, reconciliation and evidence requirements
• Support ORS policy and exception-management requirements
• Help define the evidence and assurance boundary — what SDRB can prove directly, what can be evidenced from authenticated third-party data, and what requires external audit, legal, regulatory or assurance verification
• Act as the bridge between Design Partners, Solution Architect, Security and Engineering
• Help define measurable PoC success criteria
• Help evolve validated PoC requirements into the post-validation MVP and later institutional production deployments

• 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, Technology Consulting or a similar role
• Experience with complex enterprise or institutional systems
• Experience in financial services, banking, payments, treasury, risk, compliance or another regulated environment
• Strong requirements discovery and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with integrations, data flows and reconciliation
• Experience working with architects, engineering and cybersecurity teams
• Ability to translate incomplete business requirements into a clear implementation scope

• Blockchain / Ethereum / EVM
• Reserve management / proof of reserves
• Audit / assurance

This is not a standard BA role. You will help shape the first institutional implementation of ORS/GRM together with institutional Design Partners, with a clear path from PoC validation into MVP and later production deployment.
