Senior Business Analyst | Long-term assignment | Brussels

For a major player in the Belgian healthcare and social security ecosystem, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a strategic digital transformation program.

The mission focuses on the modernization and optimization of complex business processes, with a strong impact on end users and operational teams.

• Business analysis & stakeholder management
• Process modelling (BPMN)
• Requirements gathering & functional specifications
• Workshops & business/IT alignment
• UAT & go-live support
• Change management & user adoption
• Working in a regulated environment with complex business rules and data flows

We're looking for a senior consultant who can take ownership, challenge stakeholders when needed, and act as the bridge between business and IT throughout the project lifecycle.

Experience in healthcare, social security, insurance, public sector or other highly regulated environments is a strong asset.

Brussels region

Hybrid (2 days remote/week)

Long-term assignment (15 months)
