Senior Business Analyst (ServiceNow)

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to act as the bridge between business and technology teams. This role requires someone who can understand business needs, ask the right questions, and translate requirements into clear solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements end-to-end
• Translate business needs into functional/technical specifications
• Lead stakeholder meetings and discovery sessions
• Drive solution design with tech teams
• Ensure alignment between business goals and delivery
  
  

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst in complex environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to challenge assumptions and identify root causes
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Mandatory: ServiceNow experience
