Senior Business Analyst with French (f/m/x)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with French to support the pre-engineering phase of analyzing an in-store ERP system for French retail locations. In this remote role, you will collaborate with French-speaking stakeholders and participate in business trips to France, contributing to the full implementation phase. Your tasks

• Analyze current in-store systems and business processes, identifying areas that extend beyond standard retail operations
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements, process flows, and functional needs
• Define process boundaries, identify gaps, and recommend improvement opportunities
• Collaborate closely with French-speaking stakeholders to understand business objectives and operational challenges
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and requirements-gathering sessions with business teams
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment
• Participate in business trips to France to engage with local teams and support project activities
• Support ERP implementation activities, including solution design, testing, UAT, and deployment
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst
• Fluency in French
• Advanced level of English
• Hands-on experience with ERP platforms and/or retail/store systems
• Excellent analytical thinking, requirements gathering, and business documentation skills
• Ability to travel to France approximately twice per quarter
