Location: Ireland (home-based with regular travel to client sites across Ireland)

Package: €66,000 to €75,000 + bonus + benefits

This Senior Business Change Consultant role gives you the scope to lead transformation programmes from discovery through to implementation, working directly with senior stakeholders across Ireland's public sector.

Our client is a well-established consultancy that partners with local and central government, health, housing and other public service organisations across Ireland to deliver meaningful, lasting change. As demand for their services grows, they are looking for an experienced Senior Business Change Consultant to join a growing team.

As a Senior Business Change Consultant, you'll combine business analysis, project delivery and change management to help clients tackle complex challenges and design practical solutions. No two days look the same, from facilitating workshops with senior leaders to developing business cases and supporting new ways of working.

What you'll be doing as a Senior Business Change Consultant:

• Leading client projects and workstreams from discovery through to implementation
• Facilitating workshops and gathering requirements across a wide range of stakeholders
• Developing compelling business cases that secure stakeholder support and investment
• Designing practical, future ways of working that improve organisational performance
• Supporting change and engagement approaches that help clients embed new ways of working
• Coaching and sharing knowledge with junior consultants

What we're looking for from the Senior Business Change Consultant:

• Experience delivering business change, transformation or organisational improvement projects
• Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping and solution design
• Experience facilitating workshops with a range of stakeholder groups
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills
• The confidence to challenge constructively and influence decision-making
• A full driving licence, access to a vehicle and the right to work in the Republic of Ireland
