We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Consultant to join our growing Consulting team and play a key role in delivering our market-leading RegWorks platform to government and regulated industries. This is more than gathering requirements. You'll partner directly with customers to understand how they operate, challenge existing processes where needed, and design practical, scalable solutions that deliver real business outcomes. If you enjoy solving complex business problems, leading workshops, influencing stakeholders, and seeing your designs come to life, we'd love to hear from you. Please note: Australian Citizenship is required for this role. Baseline Security Clearance (or the ability to obtain one) will be highly regarded. What you'll be doing: Lead customer workshops and uncover business requirements. Design and configure RegWorks solutions aligned to industry best practice. Own solution design documentation from discovery through to delivery. Guide customers through business transformation and process improvement. Support data migration, solution testing and successful go-lives. Work closely with Project Managers, Technical Consultants and developers to deliver outstanding customer outcomes. Mentor Business Consultants and contribute to consulting best practice across the team. Support pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations and project estimation. About you: You'll bring a combination of consulting expertise, business analysis skills and customer-facing experience within enterprise software or SaaS environments. You'll likely have experience with: Business consulting, Business Analysis or Functional Consulting Leading customer workshops and managing senior stakeholders Solution design and business process mapping Software configuration and implementation projects Data migration and testing activities Translating complex business problems into practical technology solutions Experience working with government, regulatory or compliance solutions would be highly regarded.
